Castor oil is the secret weapon for lather. Even 5% makes a noticeable difference.

Water = NaOH × Water:Lye Ratio × (1 - Water Discount%)
Property = Σ(Oil% × Oil Property Score)

Calculates lye from the weighted average saponification value of your oil blend with superfat reduction, water from lye amount adjusted for discount, and property scores from weighted oil contributions.

Each oil contributes differently to hardness, conditioning, lather, cleansing, and bubbly. The radar chart shows the weighted average across all oils.
