Can I import my existing recipes?

Yes. You can paste or type your recipes directly, and we'll structure them automatically. If you have spreadsheets, you can import those too. Nothing gets lost in the transition.

How much does it cost?

Free ($0) is free forever - not a trial, no expiry. Your craft's full management platform: recipes, inventory, production, orders, and every calculator. Business - one business across all your crafts - is coming soon. You can export everything and walk away at any time.

Your recipes and business data are encrypted at rest and in transit. We never share or sell your data. You own everything you create - and you own your payment account. We never hold your money.

Can I manage multiple crafts?

Absolutely. Artysan supports 75+ craft disciplines. Add soap, candles, bath bombs, jewelry, ceramics, or any combination. Each craft gets its own specialized tools while sharing your inventory and client data.

Every plan includes email support with a real human response within 24 hours. We also have a community forum and detailed docs covering every feature.

Do the stages fit how an instrument actually gets built?

Builds run Design, Select Materials, Shape, Assemble, Tune, Finish. Select Materials is a real stage because choosing the set is the build decision, and Finish carries the long cure.

I build small runs of kalimbas and one-off guitar commissions. Both?

Both. The Batch-Scaler works the material math for a run of twenty, and a commission is a single Build with its client and order attached.
